Rode in and home on the Tank. Was back to back at lunch which meant my only window was at 230. I was starving but headed to gym anyway for some restbite. Decided to do my fitness time trial which in hindsight was a bad idea. The trial is to run 4minks on the dreadmill for 10k making a note of HR every 2.5ks.
If relatively fit the range will be somewhere between 135 (@ 2.5k) and 155 @ 10ks. Today it went:
2.5k - 136
5 - 145
6 - bonk and stop
I was spent. Then stumbled back to desk and ate my gigantic salad.
