Jan 3rd - 8 x 800ms and long warm down for 30ks all up
Up early to get to Graham's Reserve to meet Strecky and Tommy. Steady was the way I wouild describe it and have not done a session like this in absolutely ages. After a quick coffee with Strecky at Salt N Steyne I just ran up and down the beach doing loops into Manly. Befiore I knew it 30ks was on the board and enjoyed every minute.
