Not much
Monday ran 10k at lunch and 3k home.
Tuesday - 3k home.
Wednesday - 3k home.
Suffering a little from sore left knee. Aggressive calf stretching helped last time so that's the plan of attack. Happy to cruise this week and get to 70ish ks.
