Park Run with Ryder (debut), Lukie and J

We drove over for Ryder's debut (#7).  Ran a 3k warm up with Messi (back from holiday thank goodness) and then found Ryder to take our position on the start line.

It's basically 2.5 laps and mid way through the first lap I thought there'd be no way the little man would keep going.  Well he certainly proved me wrong, getting around in 35 minutes and not stopping once.
