Balancing being husband, dad to 4 active boys (their sports), career and running is a constant challenge. Time for me is running and my bike.
Little lunch jog on treadmill. Then jog home from train station. All up 9kms. My fitness is as bad as I can remember.
Watching England vs Switzerland and England are borderline rubbish. 7 of the 11 are not good enough.
