Rode in on Defy then heavy gym session. Usual pattern during the day, a mixture of mayhem and tiredness as well as eating some humble pie. Then dinner with Jeremy in the evening @ Balthazar before legging it back to the office gym pre curfew to ride home in the dark just in time before the rain came. In to bed late.
Jeremy aka Jeggs is always constant. Never too down or too up. And whilst we do not see each other as much as we would like it's as if we have never been too far apart. Close 30 plus year friendships don't come around too often. Great catching up and rode home feeling elated with the Defy an absolute dream to ride.
