Himalaya day 10 - Dzongla to Lobuche (sleeping altitude 4,930m)

Another freezing night waking up to ice on the inside of the tea house and windows. We’ve dubbed this tea house as ‘the pits’.

Officially now too full of a cold and yet another mental dynamic to grapple with.

Easy recovery transition day as we set off in the snow. Mainly cloudy and probably the least memorable day of the trip.
