And so back into London and it’s warm after 2 days relaxing in Kathmandu with warm water. London in fact is too warm for marathon running.
Eased back into this week with 10k jogs Tuesday to Friday running with Messi on Friday morning. After a quick lunch with Messi, Selman with Mark P joining we headed to the expo. I bumped into Martin Yelling who I got to know well in Kenya (he is a superstar at this event) and then we waited around for the Paula talk. I have way too much respect for her to get involved with any selfie shenanigans.
