Jacqui absolutely flipped out at the builders last night. The bathrooms were meant to be done. They were not. Toilets were also out which made it interesting. Made sure I stayed calm for her.

Actually ended up being a nice day doing not much ending with getting T's hair cut.

Ran when I got home pre dinner feeling good. 10k in 4.15s.

* Morning: I took Ryder to his induction and talent assessment at the Langley tennis centre around the corner. The boy did good and has been signed up.
