Home today with J away so did the school runs before hitting the laptop. Had a window at lunch so summoned Messi and ran 11k in the park averaging 4.30s. Then a stressful afternoon picking boys up and getting them to sports whilst managing work stresses. Never good and definitely don't recommend.
