Made time at lunch. Given had not ran in 3 days decided to graft and so settled on another 15k tempo at 3.45s as per last week but was struggling already at 3k and so only managed 10 in 37.30.
Then swam against the tide for the rest of the arvo - my Inbox is out of control. Not helped by feeling run down and having a sore throat.
This morning Jacqueline said to me 'look at our angel'. Did not realize at the time that she meant it literally! It now makes sense.
