On the running front all I could muster was 5ks and feeling totally drained. Dead set exhausted after the last few weeks.
Morning spent with Jack at training and then Tommy at Man U. Palace were by far the better team second half and the ones pushing for the win. Bolasie was back in form and Zaha doing well also. Really need to start taking their chances. Once again Selhurst was rourcous - no better place to watch the Premiership.
Trickle treating in the evening. Congrats to the ABs for winning the 2015 world cup.
Jeez, that cold really has knocked you around mate. No better place to watch a premiership match?? haha..... Obviously not been to the home of football at 'The Brit' , Heard it was rocking last Tuesday night for the Chelsea match.
