Today I attended an interesting session on leadership by Amy Edmondson lecturer from the Harvard Business School. The catch phrase being that leadership 'is about painting reality and generating hope!'
Another flat out day with NO rest bite. No run home either but this made me chuckle whilst leaving the office, thinking perhaps they can deliver me home.
