Hobble hobble

Not much. Ankle and calf swollen after Sunday and feel completely dead. Monday and Tuesday I hardly moved but today back to work.

The reality is setting in that my goal has passed. Really now need to come up with something new. Lots to ponder. 

The one positive is that Jack has started training again. Thank Christ for that.
