Got home and read to these two herberts. I said yesterday that they are inseparable and they actually chose to sleep in same bed despite their bunk beds.

Lots on and left side still very sore and so was determined to get out at 4 to get to my Chinese Dr mate for accupuncture. It does feel a touch better.
