Hilly Long AM / DC superheroes PM
Hilly Long solo AM. Bloody tough but the longer I went the better I felt. The last 10k was quick with quite a few 3.45s. 33k with the best part of 500ms of vertical climbing in a little over 2.5 hours (4.34s).
