Knole Park

Met Messi at 730 for more laps of the park ahead of Park Run which kicks off at 9 but invariably only starts at 910. Pleasant company exchanging stories before we stopped for a stretch ahead of PR with
approximately 19k on the clock.  My right hip was playing havoc and the left knee pain persists.

Foxy and Daniel then joined us for PR as we chatted running around 19 minutes. One more lap and warm down got me to around 28ks for the morning and 90 for the week.

Afternoon spent at Knole Park in Sevenoaks with the entire family. Beatutiful day and walk. As parks go I cannot think of any other that even comes close. It's a gem.
