London lock down

London feels upside down right now. The town is in lock down (I walked out at lunch and even Fleet Street was locked down by Police). It's hot too which happens once every 10 years. In fact the coming long weekend is expected to stay warm and sunny.

Today I was focussed and ran 15k on the deadmill at 3.45s. Almost felt fine with the HR at 148, 156 and 160 at the 5k, 10, 15 markers. The hurt is a convenient equaliser for the boredom.
