It was meant to be fast since they reverted to the winter tarmac course but the 700+ runners put pay to that having to zig zag around all the back markers on the final lap. Super annoying and the course was long. The 5k beeped up on 17 minutes flat (3.23s). 13k for the morning.
Mid morning - Jack playing for Langley 1sts.
Lunch - at the Selman's with Foxy, Simon D, Messi and respective families. My 5 also joining.
PM - meant to be Anna's 40th but ditched at the last minute. J getting home at 4am. Felt really bad for missing.
