Nice evening spent with Eniela and family in St Jean De Luz (home of Lacoste). Ate ice cream with our feet hanging over the side of the beach wall before heading to 'Chez Renauld' which I would describe as similar to the new London model markets. Loads of beer and food and even a rodeo comp which the boys participated in. Reckon Ryder took the honours and outdid his elder brothers. His face was a picture of concentration.
They also had France vs Holland live on the big screen with France playing some nice stuff much to the delight of the locals. At the back there was also a nightclub area which pre 10 pm was for kiddies and thereafter for the real party goers. A nightmare as I was driving whilst Jacqui and E knocked back more and more booze and refused to leave. I had to bribe Ryder in the end to get her out of there.
Very late into bed.
