Easter Sunday

Post the obligatory egg hunt in the garden with Holly from up the road I mustered up the energy for a run. Feeling decidedly average AGAIN today. Messi was busy on family duties so had to suffer solo and that was what it was. Never felt comfortable and could not face Norman Park after all the laps ran down there of late so opted for Beckenham Place Park. Ended up with 16k in 4.15s and if I feel like that this time next week I'll do well to run under 3 hours. Anything but a confidence booster. 70ish ks for the week and 1,620 YTD.
