Jacqui had banned my morning running window but in hindsight that panned out a good thing with the pre dinner slot being much cooler. Yesterday the boardie rash put pay to me not completing the intended 25k medium long run so blasted it out today. Started on 4.30s but that felt too easy so dropped to 4.10s and then 4s. Ran laps of the campsite and ended up running with a nice Irish fella (decent marathoner) which helped pass the time. Inadvertently stopped the watch on 22k which was a pain but otherwise felt good today albeit on an empty stomach. Probably 24.5ish ks in 4.17s.
