Not much today but met Mum and D for quick coffee and snuck in 8 slow ks the first 5 with a closed mouth - my latest fad.
Nigh on 70ks for week so far and will run Park Run with the family in the morning and Sunday reasonably long again with R.
Meant to be flying to NY on Monday but there is an almighty snow storm hitting NYC this weekend, will be interesting.
* right foot a little sore still post all the milage.
