Decidedly dehydrated this morning but under cosh to take Jack to training. It was bloody miserable. Managed 10ks in a PW whilst Jack was playing.
Evening at Mums and Dads for dinner after long sleep in the arvo. Pics of the day including Mum's polar pix. She is one on the left. Then below the horrible ridge on Mont Blanc as well as me and siblings at the Aletsch Glacier (Europe's largest) in [1982] with Mum again.
