6.45 meet and good catching up. Plan was for 22k which we did around the park (bumping into Daniel B who was tempo'ing) but I then ran onto Bromley South and down Queen Anne to Shortlands TS where I missed the 8.26 and so ran laps of the neighbouring park before catching the 8.46. Ended up with 27k in a tick over 2 hours (4.30s / 127 HR average).
Blisters are annoying the crap out of me though and have been painfully sore in the work shoes for the rest of the day.
4k home in the PM for 30+ for the day.
