Day 4 - work day

I got out for an 11k loop early doors before brekkying at the Butchers Daughter (on the corner of Elizabeth Street), all vegetarian, mostly vegan and non diary so you can imagine I was not exactly excited but actually the food was pretty good. Jack had the French toast covered in maple syrup and cinnamon with the others getting the usual array of pancakes and bagels.

I walked the 4k to work in the rain picking up an umbrella on Spring street from one of the Chinese sellers. It was a case of back to back meetings all day reconnecting with my US colleagues.

The boys had a blast visiting all the below:

- Stadium Goods - famous for sneakers
- Flight Club - again sneakers where there is a shoe you can buy for $60k, the Nike shoe form Back to the future which lace by themselves. Neymar spent $18k in there once.
- Stance (socks)
- Bape
- Lego and some

They also saw Paul Bethany from Avengers and Captian America uptown pottering about.

I was shattered when I got home and after a quick pint in the Randolph pub downstairs with J (very good Hefeweizen) we ate Pizza at Lombardis (NY's oldest pizza gaff but nothing to shout about).
