Ran the Embankment to Battersea Park looping back to Camberwell, through some of the parks, Dulwich Village, Dulwich Park, over Fountian Drive, into Crystal Palace Park runnning past the athletics stadium as well as the original Crystal Palace and then home via Eden Park and the boys' secondary school. 24k in 4.57s but in 30 dc heat.
With the 4K jog in the morning 28 for the day.
My latest podcast I've been tuning into is none other than Lance Armstrong's the Forward. The one with Hincappie, Vande Welde. Dylan Casey (his old cronies) is worth a listen.
