Hilly Long done, 33k in 4.20s (2 hours 22 minutes). Ran in the middle of the day and was too warm. Suffered in the final 10k after getting to the high point at the 14k marker in 62 mins (4.23s).
Tough with close to 500ms of vertical climbing. 130 for the week.

Rest of the day screaming at the tele watching the Tour. David Miller's commentary on ITV4 is outstanding. Told off multiple times for swearing by the Mrs / boys.
