Session! Fartlek

Morning jog/stretch/yoga - 3k

Lunch treadmill session - 60 mins fartlek which went 13’ warm up (4.48s) + 1’/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/1 with 1 minute floats (3.45s) + 14’ warm down (4.25s).

Pretty knackered but content.
