PM - all #6 of us at the Keswick climbing centre with it snowing heavily outside, Jacqui also climbing well. Ryder and Lucas then went onto the freestyle area (no ropes) and a lot of hanging to get from one section to another.

Climbing centre
AM - short jog around town feeling lousy again. 9k dead slow. Bitterly cold and rainy.
