Windy and wet but had promised myself that would get out after 7 straight days of no running.
Jogged over to Norman Park feeling decidedly groggy and pleased to see Daniel S and Rory on start line. Still no Messi or Foxy tho.
Off we went and let the quicker group go as just wanted to blow out the cob webs and still unsure if I was fully recovered. The first k buzzed up surprisingly as 3.45 which felt fine. Daniel then joined me and we basically chatted the whole way round. It ended up being just under 19 with us pulling the 14 year old in the final 500ms.
Post chat quickly jogged home to face the music. The boys are a real handful at the minute.
