Standard no time Monday

No running today and my right knee is now officially sore. No idea what is going on. May be time to put the inner soles back in.

Jack the poor fellow has had no sleep this last 3 nights post his tournament and then got into bed at 3am and then today he goes away with his school for 5 days. He is wrecked and understandably so. He had a complete melt down this morning.

Home in time to pick Lukie up from training sporting the purchase from the Munich club shop before logging back on.
