Balancing being husband, dad to 4 active boys (their sports), career and running is a constant challenge. Time for me is running and my bike.

Wednesday session
Day #3 home looking after boys but did did manage 8 x 800ms on the Langley cricket pitch across the road. The white line is exactly 400ms. Felt good and ditched the inner soles as right knee now sore.
