Last day flying solo so almost mission accomplished with J and Jack getting back late tonight.
Managed a slow 40 minute saunter with the three boys on their bikes ahead of going round to Messi's place for a bbq with Foxy, Daniel and Rory. Really nice afternoon spent talking marathons, the big successes being both Messi's 2.37 and Foxy's 2.38. Both top efforts and big PBs.
Thankfully my boys were well behaved. Was long asleep before J got home at gone 2am.
