First rainy day and so headed to Inter Sport and then the European Quicksilver headquarters in St Jean de Luchon. Spent too much money on everyone before heading back into Biarritz and spending more money again. J and I have a major soft spot for Biarritz. We just ate walked and shopped the entire afternoon.
Pre dinner I did my 10th straight run and PBd my circuit in 47.xx. Started a little quicker and ran the trail piece quicker than usual and keeping the final road ks steady. 70+ks for the week all of which hilly and mostly on trails. Glute aside, the game changer though is that I have been running in Brooks flats with no ill effect.
