Usual antics today but was brave and left at a sensible hour to put boys to bed as well as run home. Did not feel great but then in the last 5ks I perked up. 17kms all up in 4.32s. My mundane meanderings continue, perennially in 2nd gear. The track and Blackheath Harriers is calling.
