Jack and I were up early to get over to QPR's training ground. Nice sunny morning. We got there at 9.30 and whilst they did their 1 hr warm up I jogged around for 60mins not knowing where I was going. Millwall won both their games and Jack did ok. A long day as were only home by 3pm
