Got out early for 17ks with Messi in 4.40s heading towards Selhurst Park and looping back through Shirley. Time passed quickly covering a lot of subjects.
Then took J for coffee and joked with the boys that we'd be back in 2 weeks.
Then Lucas had his game at Bromley which they lost 4-2. Lucas has improved out of sight and played really well second half.
The elder boys then went to the Olympic stadium to watch Ire vs Italy in the WC pool game with aunty Mia and Irish uncle Paul.
