Busy day in the office and only came up for air at 8pm. Cajoled myself then into running home in the dark and rain. It was either that or nothing for myself that day.
Ran the 17k route home in 4.26s and then logged on at 10pm. Relentless.
Still no rucksack and my knees are now officially sore!
