Palace vs West Brom

Ryder footie in the morning followed by 1245 ko at Selhurst.

Palace totally smashed West Brom. At half time I said to the fellow season ticket holders who sit around us that I could not ever remember Palace being so dominant in a first half.  Zaha was unplayable and Cabaye was the pick in midfield. West Brom hardly got out of their half.

A great delivery from Cabaye for favourite Bolasie to score with his head and then Zaha ran rings around their full back once again and was brought down for a penalty which Cabaye duly dispatched.  A great 2 0 win and up to 3rd in the league. Heady heights with 15 points from 8 games having already played 3 of the top 4 as well as Spurs away. With the Hammers next up at home it's looking good. Even the three losses to Arsenal Spurs and City were all very close and by a single goal.

No running today. I was completely rooted after yesterday's tempo home with Messi.

It was special being there with Ryder for his first game. He enjoyed the singing and clapping.
