3 loops of campsite - dinner at Les Alcyons (Guethary)

3 x 4k today in the late morning somewhere between threshold and tempo averaging 3.38s and admittedly slowing on the hills. Legs were tired from the off. Ran in the Zoom Vaporflys and Achilles slightly irritated as a result.

Another lazy day at the pool campsite and dinner with Eniela (colleague) and family this evening in Guethary at our favourite restaurant on the water.

Just finished the Thomas Dekker book. Holy cow!
