Sensible start time to head to the park and decided on a 30' warm up (both of us knackered) followed by 20' (4.05s), 10' (3.46s), 5 (3.24). With a 4k warm down ended up with 21ish ks in 4.18s. Everything aches.
I missed my train at Bromley South and subsequently froze.
Really looking forward to tomorrow night now. It should be electric.
