34k all up (4.01s). Held 3.39s for first 10, 3.41s for next 10 and 3.43s for last 5, basically continuous with a quick drink and 2 minute floats. Managed to stay with Messi for first set, 15 seconds off in second and probably same again in 3rd.
Nice evening last night with Messi and the respective Mrs's at the athletics again, the Super Saturday of the World Champs. I reackon we had just about the best seats in the house. Will post pix.
