A family day destroyed by Terror

Running home Friday night from the TS the right Achilles was grumpy. Saturday morning woke up and it was still moaning at me. Met D and ran laps of NP ahead of the Park Run which saw Daniel runnng off into the distance. Ended up catching a load of folks to finish in just under 19 minutes with the Achilles still moaning. Half way I caught Lucas' pal Josh who is already running sub 20 off of no training and only just 10. 20ks in 4.30s for the morning.

Back at home Melissa and family were in the garden. Melissa (from back in Manly) and J have grown close since being in the U.K. together and our Jack is also close to their Rory.

Afterwards ended up going into Bromley with the Fam minus Jack and got some Accupuncture before heading to Mum's for her birthday celebrations.

Saturday night the news then hit regarding the terror attack at London Bridge which is one of my stomping grounds. Tensions are running high with the election coming on Thursday too. The last few weeks have been a game changer.
