Sunday fail

Tried to run but the Achilles was too sore and so u-turned home. 5k in 5s and 95k for the week. Will rest up tomorrow.

The fact that I cannot run seems mildly irrelevant today after the events of last night. This was an article in last week's weekend Guardian. The second paragraph really hits home. In the same newspaper there was a great article by Barak Obama. We need more of him, though not sure where the pipeline is.
