Night at the Pulitzer and up early to fit in run on the usual route to the Rijksmuseum and Vondelpark. Stunning morning with tonnes of families et al all out on their bikes on route to work/school together. I found 5 minute ks tough so ran 530s. 11k in an hour!!!
