AM - 16k in 4.30s with Messi chewing the fat on last night's election result. I have no issue with the result but the timing is terrible. No majority now means being in complete no man's land with Brexit negotiations due to start a week on Monday. It's a complete mess and frankly embarrassing.
Post run I rode my bike (slow) to work and then slow again home. 170k for the bike this week and some fast stuff thrown in.
