MLR Monday

With racing on Wednesday night I implored Messi for a 6.30am start for a Monday MLR, it also meant avoiding the ridiculously high temps (for London...).

22kms done in 4.33s feeling pretty good for once!  Worked from home to deal with annoying builders and for the first time in ages took the boys to school. A treat.
