Morning running
A slightly later Board start allowed me to squeeze in my run which was originally laboured but then ran the last 6ks in a little over 4s. 13k in 61 minutes mostly around the nice neighbouring park to Le Royal combined with the city centre. Still hot with temps hitting 28 dc. Knees and legs sore.
