Tired

Woke up Saturday morning knackered. So ditched the long run and met Messi for 16ks around the park instead including Park Run with Rory and Daniel. It was meant to be easy but the 6 hours of cycling (some of which at full gas) and the 5 of running this week meant I was heavily fatigued. Throw in a few lunchtime gym sessions for strength and understandably so.

Jack was away at an all day football comp in Maidstone (which they won and angered the locals by them all being 'academy' kids apparently) and so I was left with Lukie and Ryder. Lots of mini bike rides and one to Kelsey Park for a pick-nick whilst Tommy was with Omi in FH.

It's been a testing few days on many levels but Jacqui reminded me how fortunate we are. One of the boys in Jack's team turned up at the footie comp with no money in fact no nothing and if it weren't for her looking after him he would have gotten nout all day. This is what makes the kids in SE London tough as they basically have nothing and a far cry from the north shore Australian kids who get overly pampered.
